4/8/2024 0 Comments Convolver audio hijack![]() ![]() I followed the recipe twice and re started the second time around to be sure. ![]() ![]() These instructions that are directly from native Instruments tech support: unfortunately it did not fix the problem. That particular parameter (Concert Hall A.wav) is written into the nkX file in the convolution folder. but of course how can you go back to kontakt 3 after using kontakt 4? If using kontakt 3 there is no error for the Concert Hall A. I already ran the updater (kontakt 4) and that didn't work. Pretty much everything (if not EVERYTHING) in the kontakt4 library relies on this concert hall a.wav in order for the GUI to load and function properly. apparently within that files is the concert hall a.wav that is creating the problem.ĭoes anyone share this issue that I have? Library/application support/native instruments/presets/kontakt 4/ Convolusion/impulse responses and then you will see a file >.nkti or something of that nature. The actual file in quiestion that it's searching for is located here: Whether I allow kontakt to attempt to find this on it's own, or I navigate out to the correct folder: On my system (mac/leopard) while running either pro tools or logic, kontakt is unable to find this patch and thus causes the interface to go completely buggy and un usable. Concert Hall A.wav is an impulse response that is loaded whenever a kontakt patch i.e orchestral/strings/cello ensemble (and any other patch that relies on the IR concert hall a.wav) is loaded. ![]()
